| Operational objectives |
1. Aizstāvēt un pārstāvēt IKT nozarē nodarbināto profesionālās intereses, attīstot profesionālos standartus, ētiku un kvalifikācijas atzīšanu, kā arī aizstāvot nozares un speciālistu reputāciju publiskajā telpā un institūcijās.
2. Aizstāvēt un veicināt IKT darbinieku ekonomiskās intereses (taisnīgs un konkurētspējīgs atalgojums, nodarbinātības drošība, darba tirgus caurspīdīgums). 3. Aizstāvēt un stiprināt IKT darbinieku sociālās intereses un labbūtību (droši un iekļaujoši darba apstākļi, darba-dzīves līdzsvars, sociālās garantijas, diskriminācijas mazināšana). 4. Aizstāvēt darbinieku tiesības un intereses attiecībās ar darba devēju, veicinot tiesiskus, samērīgus un caurspīdīgus lēmumu pieņemšanas procesus. 5. Veicināt IKT nozares attīstību Latvijā un Baltijā, stiprinot sociālo dialogu ar valsti un darba devējiem, sadarbojoties ar izglītības iestādēm un veidojot profesionāļu kopienu. 6. Sekmēt IKT speciālistu nepārtrauktu profesionālo pilnveidi (apmācības, sertifikācijas atbalsts, mentorings, karjeras attīstības iniciatīvas), kā arī veicināt reģionālu un starptautisku sadarbību profesionāļu interešu pārstāvībai. |
