Operational objectives cilvēku ar invaliditāti interešu aizstāvības darbība, darbības kapacitātes stiprināšana;
sabiedrībā balstītu pakalpojumu sniegšana bērniem un pieaugušiem ar invaliditāti;
sniegt atbalsta pasākumus bērna likumiskajiem pārstāvjiem, audžu vecākiem, bērniem un pilngadīgām personām ar invaliditāti visās dzīves jomās;
organizēt un nodrošināt apmācības personām ar invaliditāti, sadarbojoties ar citām nevalstiskām, valsts un pašvaldības organizācijām;
veicināt cilvēku ar invaliditāti nodarbinātību un iekļaušanos sabiedriskajā dzīvē;
veicināt sociālas integrācijas un rehabilitācijas procesu uzlabošanu uz vienlīdzības principiem balstītu sabiedrības modeli veidošanu; aktīvi līdzdarboties vides pieejamības jautājumu risināšanā; sekmēt informācijas un apmācības pieejamību cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti un citu sociālā riska grupu cilvēkiem;
attīstīt sadarbību ar valsts, pašvaldības institūcijām; dibināt un uzturēt kontaktus ar līdzīgām organizācijām Latvijā un ārzemēs; sekot notikumiem visapkārt un būt atvērtiem visdažādākajām idejām, piedāvājumiem un sadarbības projektiem;
uzlabot dzīves kvalitāti, celt pašapziņu, paaugstinot zināšanas un mazinot sociālas atstumtības sajūtu; ar savu pozitīvo piemēru, kā arī daloties pieredzē un iesaistot aktivitātēs, popularizēt un atbalstīt veselīgu dzīves veidu, iedvesmot citus cilvēkus veidot savu dzīvi interesantu un pilnvērtīgu;
mazināt alkoholisma un narkomānijas izplatību bērnu un jauniešu vidū;
veicināt ģimeņu aktivitāti veselīga un aktīva dzīvesveida realizēšanā un propagandā;
mazināt vardarbības ģimenē izraisītās sekas, veikt preventīvos pasākumus pret vardarbību ģimenē;
sekmēt dzimumu līdztiesības ideju nostiprināšanos sabiedrībā;
nepieļaut ielu bērnu skaita palielināšanos;
sabiedriskā labuma darbība.
