Operational objectives 1.Veicināt maznodrošināto iedzīvotāju dzīves līmeņa uzlabošanu un nodibināt kontaktus ar līdzīgām organizācijām Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
2.sniegt morālu, finansiālu (humānā palīdzība) un juridisku atbalstu Biedrības biedriem un Latvijas maznodrošinātajiem iedzīvotājiem, palīdzēt dzīves kritiskajos brīžos, kā arī aktivizēt pašu cilvēku līdzdarbošanos;
3.veicināt nediskrimināciju, aktīvi iesaistoties pasākumos un aktivitātēs, kas palīdz novērst diskriminācijas riskus, rodot vienlīdzīgu iespēju visu vecumu iedzīvotājiem, sekmējot sociālās atstumtības un diskriminācijas riskam pakļauto personu iekļaušanos sabiedrībā un darba tirgū, kā galvenās mērķa grupas izvirzot personas ar invaliditāti, personas, kurām noteikta atbilstība trūcīgas ģimenes (personas) statusam, pensijas un pirmspensijas vecuma personas un ilgstošus bezdarbniekus;
4.apsekot un palīdzēt maznodrošinātajām ģimenēm;
5.organizēt atbalsta pasākumus, profesionālas apmācības, kursus, darba grupas, seminārus, konferences, kongresus un citas aktivitātes;
6.organizēt izstādes, koncertus, konkursus, rīkot labdarības loterijas, atpūtas un interešu nometnes;
7.veikt izdevējdarbību, izdot un izplatīt žurnālus un grāmatas un citus popularizējošos izdevumus;
8.vākt labprātīgas mērķa iemaksas, ziedojumus noteiktu pasākumu un projektu realizēšanai;
9.nodibināt stipendijas;
10.popularizēt un propagandēt Biedrību sabiedrībā un masu mēdijos;
11.pēc biedru lūguma aizstāvēt to likumiskās tiesības un intereses dažādās institūcijās;
12.veikt uzņēmējdarbību likuma noteiktajā kārtībā.
