| Operational objectives | Konditorejas profesionāļu un amatieru apvienošana kopīgai darbībai visā valsts teritorijā. Konditora profesijas popularizēšana kā pieaugušo, tā jauniešu auditorijā. Latvijas konditoru un konditorejas tradīciju, seno un jauno vēsmu un vēsturiskā mantojuma izzināšana un popularizēšana. Dažādu kursu un apmācību organizēšana konditoru kvalifikācijas celšanai. Konditoru - savas profesijas meistaru piesaistīšana - dalīšanās pieredzē, tajā skaitā, dalīšanās pieredzē ar topošajiem konditoriem. Dažādu konditoru sacensību, konkursu, viktorīnu un čempionātu organizēšana dažādu vecumu un profesionalitātes pakāpju grupās, dalība citu valstu organizētos jomas pasākumos. Sniegt konsultācijas nozares attīstības jautājumos. Veicināt reģistrēt saimniecisko darbību un iegūt PVD atļauju. Latvijā ražoto vai audzēto produktu popularizēšana. | ||||||
