| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt sabiedrības emocionālo, psiholoģisko un sociālo labbūtību.
2. Veicināt bērnu, jauniešu, pieaugušo un ģimeņu emocionālo attīstību un psiholoģisko veselību. 3. Veicināt izpratni par emociju regulāciju, nervu sistēmas līdzsvaru, apzinātību un veselīgām attiecībām. 4. Nodrošināt psiholoģisko atbalstu, izglītošanu un praktiskas metodes emocionālās labbūtības stiprināšanai. 5. Organizēt seminārus, kursus, lekcijas, nodarbības un projektus, kas veicina personīgo izaugsmi un emocionālo līdzsvaru. 6. Veicināt dažādu holistisku un zinātnē balstītu metožu izmantošanu emocionālās labbūtības veicināšanai, tai skaitā nervu sistēmas regulācijas prakses, skaņas terapijas pieejas un citas pašregulācijas metodes. 7. Veicināt sabiedrības izglītošanu par garīgo veselību, emocionālo inteliģenci un psiholoģisko noturību. 8. Veidot sadarbību ar speciālistiem, organizācijām un institūcijām Latvijā un ārvalstīs, lai attīstītu emocionālās labbūtības iniciatīvas. 9. Veicināt emocionālo labbūtību un pašizpausmi, izmantojot radošās, mākslas un apzinātības prakses, tai skaitā radošās nodarbības, mākslas un pašizpausmes aktivitātes. |
