Veidot spēcīgu, savstarpēji atbalstošu Pilskalnes pagasta kopienu, stiprināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības vērtības un demokrātijas kultūras kvalitāti;
Izzināt un saglabāt Pilskalnes pagasta kultūrvēsturisko mantojumu un veicināt tā atpazīstamību, kā reģionālā, tā nacionālā un starptautiskā līmenī; Veicināt Pilskalnes pagasta kopienas ekonomiskās aktivitātes tūrisma, kultūras, mazās uzņēmējdarbības un citās jomās, kas sekmē Sēlijas attīstību; Pārstāvēt Biedrības biedru intereses reģionāla, nacionāla un starptautiska līmeņa institūcijās; Veidot jauniešiem labvēlīgu vidi, iesaistot biedrības aktivitātēs un pasākumos; Veicināt teritorijas ilgtspējīgas attīstības un pētniecības procesus. |
