2.Ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku Dzelzavas ielā 11, Rīgā, lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. 3.Piedalīties Eiropas Savienības, nacionālo, pašvaldības līdzfinansējuma, u.c. programmu ietvaros, ar mērķi uzlabot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Dzelzavas ielā 11, Rīgā, tehnisko un vizuālo stāvokli. 4.Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt mājas dzīvokļu un nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses. |
