| Operational objectives |
Nodrošināt ēkas Hospitāļu ielā 7, Rīgā, LV-1013 (turpmāk - Ēka) pārvaldīšanas uzraudzību;
Veicināt mājas uzkrājumu fonda lietderīgu un pārskatāmu izmantošanu, kas saistīta ar dzīvojamās ēkas un tas piesaistītā zemesgabala uzturēšanu, labiekārtošanu vai nepieciešamo remontu darbu izpildi, sadarbībā ar nolīgto apsaimniekotāju vai citiem pakalpojumu sniedzējiem; Izteikt Ēkas īpašnieku priekšlikumus apsaimniekošanas jautājumos Ēkas apsaimniekotājam; Veicināt Ēkas īpašnieku sadarbību; Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi Ēkas apsaimniekošanas jautājumos. Veikt citas darbības, par kurām ir saņemts pilnvarojums no dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības. Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas un tas piesaistītā zemesgabala tehniskā stāvokļa uzlabošanu un uzturēšanu, kā arī labiekārtošanu sadarbībā ar dzīvokļu īpašniekiem, nolīgto apsaimniekotāju vai citiem pakalpojumu sniedzējiem. |
