| Operational objectives |
1. nodrošināt nekustamā īpašuma, kas atrodas Rīgā, Bruņinieku ielā 8 (turpmāk – nekustamais īpašums), koplietošanas telpu un piederošā zemes gabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt nekustamā īpašuma kopīpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētā kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
2. veicināt nekustamā īpašuma uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tā ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; 3. sekmēt efektīvu apsaimniekošanu un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar nekustamā īpašuma esošās mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši nekustamā īpašuma kopīpašnieku gribai un maksātspējai. |
