| Operational objectives |
1. Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Brīvības 92, Jūrmalā pienācīgu uzturēšanu, kuras pārvaldīšana nodota Biedrībai, pamatojoties uz dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumu saskaņā ar Dzīvokļa īpašuma likumu.
2. Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Brīvības 92, Jūrmalā tehnisko ekspluatāciju, kuras pārvaldīšana nodota Biedrībai, pamatojoties uz dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumu saskaņā ar Dzīvokļa īpašuma likumu, kā arī dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību. 3. Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Brīvības 92, Jūrmalā pieguļošās teritorijas uzturēšanu, kuras pārvaldīšana nodota Biedrībai, pamatojoties uz dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumu saskaņā ar Dzīvokļa īpašuma likumu. 4. Apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu dzīvojamajā mājā. |
