Izstrādāt, pētīt un ieviest inovatīvas atbalsta un profesionālās pilnveides metodes formālās un neformālās izglītības ekosistēmā, stiprinot izglītības un jaunatnes darbinieku, kā arī citu pieaugušo kapacitāti, kā arī veicinot emocionālo labbūtību, līderību un individuālajās vajadzībās balstītu kompetenču attīstību;
Izstrādāt metodes un īstenot programmas caurviju prasmju un specifisku, darba tirgum aktuālu zināšanu pilnveidei; Veicināt jauniešu personīgo un profesionālo attīstību, aktīvu pilsonisko līdzdalību un starptautisko mobilitāti, izmantojot neformālās izglītības pieejas; Sekmēt sabiedrības saliedētību, attīstot starpkultūru komunikācijas prasmes un veicinot sociālo taisnīgumu un iekļaušanu, nodrošinot vienlīdzīgas izaugsmes un mobilitātes iespējas jauniešiem un personām no sociāli neaizsargātām vai mazāk labvēlīgā situācijā esošām grupām; Veidot stratēģiskas vietējās un starptautiskās partnerattiecības un sadarbības tīklus biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai izglītības un jaunatnes jomā. |
