Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas "Gaidas", Kaive, Kaives pagasts, Cēsu novads, dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas "Gaidas" koplietošanas telpu, zemes gabala, uz kura atrodas ēka (tālāk tekstā - daudzdzīvokļu ēka), labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu ēkas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā. |
