| Operational objectives |
1. pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas (tālāk tekstā-mājas), Iecavā, Estrādes ielā 1, labu pārvaldīšanu, koplietošanas telpu, kopīpašumā esošā zemes gabala pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
2. organizēt un uzraudzīt mājas uzturēšanas un remonta darbus visā ekspluatācijas laikā; 3. pārvaldīt kopīpašuma daļas un finanses saskaņā ar likumu un biedru lēmumiem; 4. nodrošināt caurspīdīgu komunikāciju starp biedriem un valdi; 5. sadarboties ar pašvaldību, apsaimniekotājiem un pakalpojumu sniedzējiem. |
