Veicināt tradicionālā, nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma popularizēšanu un saglabāšanu bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo vidū, nodrošinot latviešu kultūras vērtību pārmantojamību. Kopt un uzturēt Bauskas novada tradīcijas.
Veicināt iedzīvotāju, īpaši bērnu un jauniešu, lietderīgu brīvā laika pavadīšanu, organizējot kultūras, izglītojošas un radošas aktivitātes, veicināt sabiedrības iesaisti kultūras dzīvē, nodrošinot kolektīvam nepieciešamā aprīkojuma iegādi, uzturēšanu, Aktivizēt Bauskas novada pašvaldības institūciju, sabiedrības, biedrību un fondu interesi par bērnu un jauniešu problēmām un to risināšanas iespējām, veicinot sadarbību. Ar latviešu kultūras vērtībām popularizēt Bauskas novada vārdu un tēlu Latvijā un ārvalstīs, piedaloties koncertos, festivālos un projektos. Veicināt pilsoniskas sabiedrības veidošanos, stiprinot kopienas iesaisti kultūras dzīvē un sabiedriskajās aktivitātēs. |
