| Operational objectives |
Nodrošināt pārvaldāmās un apsaimniekojamās daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Nākotnes ielā 36, Ķekavā, Ķekavas novadā, turpmāk tekstā – Dzīvojamais nams, ilgmūžību, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un atbilstošu tehnisko ekspluatāciju;
nodrošināt Dzīvojamajā namā esošo dzīvojamo, neapdzīvojamo, koplietošanas telpu ekspluatācijas noteikumu un citu spēkā esošo normu ievērošanu; nodrošināt ar Dzīvojamo namu saistītā zemes gabala pienācīgu uzturēšanu, apsaimniekošanu un labiekārtošanu; apmierināt Biedrības biedru citas vajadzības, kas saistītas ar Dzīvojamo namu, tam pieguļošo teritoriju, tās izmantošanu un uzlabošanu; pārstāvēt Dzīvojamā nama dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Dzīvojamā nama un ar to saistītā zemes gabala pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu; veicināt Dzīvojamā nama un tam pieguļošās teritorijas uzlabošanu, labiekārtošanu un attīstību. |
