Sekmēt Rēzeknes novada un Latgales ilgtspējīgu attīstību.
Organizēt apmācības programmas, izglītojošus pasākumus, nodarbības, kursus, seminārus, neformālās izglītības un radošās izglītības aktivitātes bērniem, jauniešiem un viņu vecākiem.
