1. Piedalīties un realizēt projektus daudzdzīvokļu mājās energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Pētera iela 10, Jelgava.
2. Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi. 3. Ar dzīvokļa īpašnieku lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. 4. Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai. 5. Veikt daudzdzīvokļu mājās labiekārtošanas un remonta darbus. 6. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
