Sabiedriskā labuma darbība, kas vērsta uz dejas mākslas un kultūras popularizēšanu, dejas mākslas attīstības, mūzikas un mākslas izglītības veicināšanu, piedalīšanos ar dejas mākslu un Dziesmu un deju svētku tradīcijas saglabāšanu saistītos pasākumos.
Sadarboties ar valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām, nevalstiskajām organizācijām, citām juridiskām un fiziskām personām gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs. Piesaistīt valsts, privātos un citus finanšu un citus līdzekļus dejas mākslas attīstības veicināšanai. Veicināt mūžizglītību un mūžmācīšanos, organizējot un piedaloties pieaugušo izglītības pasākumos. Veicināt latviskās kultūrtelpas saglabāšanu, aizsardzību un ilgtspējīgu attīstību, sargājot un stiprinot latviešu kultūras identitāti, kā arī veicinot latviešu kultūras, tradīciju, valodas un kultūras materiālā un nemateriālā mantojuma saglabāšanu, popularizēšanu un nodošanu nākamajām paaudzēm. Veicināt aktīvu pilsonisko attieksmi un līdzdalību Biedrības interešu nodrošināšanai un iesaistīšanos radošos procesos. |
