| Operational objectives |
1. Atjaunot un restaurēt nekustamā īpašuma Rīgā, Jēkabpils ielā 9 fasādi;
2. pārstāvēt kopīpašniekus fasādes atjaunināšanas saistītos darbos: pieteikt, īstenot fasādes projektu, apmaksāt no biedrības konta un saņemt Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldības Īpašuma departamenta piešķirtos līdzekļus. 3. sagatavot un iesniegt dokumentus Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldības Īpašuma departamenta organizētāja projektu konkursā "Rīgas līdzfinansējums dzīvojamo māju fasāžu (jumta iesegumu) atjaunošanai 2026. gadā"; 4. Pārstāvēt īpašnieku intereses visā fasādes atjaunošanas procesā, tai skaitā, sniegt apliecinājumus un saņemt informāciju par līdzfinansējuma līguma izpildi, saņemt savā norēķinu kontā Līdzfinansējuma maksājumu. 5. aizstāvēt savu biedru intereses un pārstāvēt tos valsts un pašvaldību iestādēs. |
