Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas Ozolniekos, Kastaņu ielā 7 dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo ēku Ozolniekos, Kastaņu ielā 7 koplietošanas telpu, zemes gabala, uz kura atrodas ēka (tālāk tekstā – daudzdzīvokļu ēka), labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu, veicinot drošu, tīru un sakoptu dzīves vidi;
nodrošinot dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopīpašuma daļu saglabāšanu un labiekārtošanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā; apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. |
