| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt veselīgu, ilgtspējīgu un konkurētspējīgu bērnu un jauniešu tenisa attīstību Latvijā, sadarbojoties ar treneriem, klubiem, Latvijas Tenisa savienību (LTS), pašvaldībām un sabiedrību;
2. Veidot draudzīgu, atbalstošu un caurspīdīgu bērnu tenisa vidi; 3. Attīstīt tenisa sistēmu trīs virzienos: 1) hobija un veselības teniss; 2) studiju un universitāšu teniss; 3) augstas klases sporta virziens; 4. Nodrošināt vecāku un sabiedrības līdzdalību bērnu tenisa attīstībā; 5. Veicināt treneru profesionālo pilnveidi un metodikas kvalitāti; 6. Organizēt kopējus treniņus, nometnes un izbraucienus uz sacensībām; 7. Piesaistīt finansējumu bērnu un jauniešu tenisa attīstībai (sabiedriskais, privātais, pašvaldību un starptautiskais); 8. Veidot sadarbību ar LTS, sporta skolām, klubiem un izglītības iestādēm; 9. Veicināt veselīga dzīvesveida, uztura un disciplīnas ievērošanu; 10. Nodrošināt bērniem iespēju izaugt laimīgiem, pašpietiekamiem, pārliecinātiem un pilnvērtīgiem sabiedrības locekļiem, izmantojot sportu kā personības attīstības instrumentu; 10. Popularizēt tenisu kā bērnu un ģimeņu vienojošu sportu Latvijā. |
