1. Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotā dzīvojamā īpašuma, kas sastāv no trīs dzīvojamo māju korpusiem Korpuss I ar kadastra apzīmējumu 01000530038001, Korpuss II ar kadastra apzīmējumu 01000530038002, Korpuss III ar kadastra apzīmējumu 01000530038003 un zemi 2116 kv. m. platībā (kadastra nr. 01000530038), kas atrodas Vēja ielā 20, Rīga LV-1004, pienācīgu uzturēšanu (turpmāk, "Īpašums");
2. nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotā Īpašuma tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību; 3. nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotā Īpašuma piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu; 4. apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. |
