| Operational objectives |
1. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Jasmīnmājas, Sondori-Šķeneva, Verēmu pagasts, Rēzeknes novads, koplietošanas telpu, dzīvojamās mājas piederošas zemes vai piesaistīta zemesgabala pienācīgu uzturēšanu, labiekārtošanu un tehnisko ekspluatāciju, kā arī pārstāvēt biedrus un dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu.
2. Veicināt augstākminētās daudzdzīvokļu mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā. 3. Rīkoties ar daudzdzīvokļu ēkas uzkrājumu fondu. 4. Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt visas citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu. |
