1. Nemateriāla kultūras mantojuma "Sēņu vākšana un izmantošana" ilgtspējas nodrošināšana.
2. Sēņu festivālu un izstāžu organizēšana Latvijas un starptautiskā mērogā. 3. Popularizēt sēnes, gļotsēnes un ķērpjus, to izpēti un aizsardzību. 4. Sekmēt Latvijas sēņu, gļotsēņu un ķērpju daudzveidības izpēti un saglabāšanu. 5. Apvienot profesionālus un amatierus mikologus un lihenologus Latvijā sēņu, ķērpju un gļotsēņu izpētei un aizsardzībai. 6. Celt Biedrības biedru un citu cilvēku kvalifikāciju mikoloģijā, lihenoloģijā un gļotsēņu pētniecībā. 7. Popularizēt sabiedrībā zināšanas un izpratni iepriekšminētajās nozarēs. 8. Veidot un nostiprināt starptautiskos sakarus sēņu, ķērpju un gļotsēņu izpētē un aizsardzībā. |
