Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas Spriņģu ielā 1, Līgatnē, Cēsu novadā (turpmāk - Dzīvojamā māja) dzīvokļu īpašnieku iesaistīšanos Dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanā atbilstoši Dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas likuma, Dzīvokļa īpašuma likuma un citu normatīvo tiesību aktu noteiktajā kārtībā;
Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību; Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu; Sekot līdzi Dzīvojamās mājas tehniskajam stāvoklim; Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas skar ēkas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; slēgt ar Dzīvojamās mājas pārbaudīšanu un apsaimniekošanu saistītos līgumus, pārraudzīt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesus; Rīkoties ar Dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājumu fondu; Iesaistīties Dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programma un pieteikties daudzdzīvokļu māju remonta aizdevumiem ALTUM. |
