| Operational objectives | Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju Rīgā: Vaidavas ielā 2 k1, Vaidavas ielā 2 k2, Vaidavas ielā 2 k3, Vaidavas ielā 2 k4, Vaidavas ielā 2 k5 (turpmāk - Ēkas) kopīpašniekus, pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt Ēku un tai pieguļošo zemes gabalu labu pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un uzturēšanu, tādejādi sekmējot Ēku un to iedzīvotāju augstas dzīves kvalitātes līmeni un paaugstinot Ēku un tām pieguļošās zemes tirgus vērtību. Mērķa sasniegšanai Biedrība nodrošina tās pārvaldīšanā un apsaimniekošanā nodoto dzīvojamo namu pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši pārvaldības līgumiem un pieejamajam finansējumam. | ||||||
