(turpmāk tekstā – Dzīvojamā māja) pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas, sanitāro un ugunsdrošības normu ievērošanu, un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību,
pārvaldīt, apsaimniekot un uzturēt kārtībā Dzīvojamai mājai piederīgās inženiertehniskās komunikācijas, pārvaldīt, apsaimniekot, uzturēt kārtībā un labiekārtot Dzīvojamai mājai piederīgo zemes gabalu, nodrošināt tās apsaimniekošanā nodotās Dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu, dažādu projektu piesaistīšana Dzīvojamās mājas tehniskā un vizuālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai, aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašniekus un iedzīvotājus, t.sk. biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
