1. Nodrošināt jauniešiem iespēju iegūt neformālo izglītību - dzīvei nepieciešamās prasmes, zināšanas un kompetences.
2. Veicināt jauniešu radošo pašizpausmi mūzikā, teātrī, mākslā, digitālajās tehnoloģijās un citās kultūras un mākslinieciskās jomās. 3. Atbalstīt un veicināt jauniešu iniciatīvas un projektus, radot labvēlīgus apstākļus intelektuālai, radošai un fiziskai attīstībai, tai skaitā sporta un aktīvā dzīvesveida aktivitāšu organizēšanai. 4. Veicināt starpkultūru dialogu, iecietību un savstarpējo sapratni Eiropas un pasaules kultūru daudzveidības kontekstā. 5. Veicināt digitālo prasmju, medijpratības un kultūrizglītības attīstību jauniešu vidū. |
