| Operational objectives |
1. Izstrādāt un īstenot profesionālās attīstības programmas, kas vērstas gan uz vispārīgo jeb caurviju prasmju pilnveidošanu, gan darba tirgum aktuālo un noderīgo specifisko zināšanu un prasmju attīstību (t.sk., pašvadīta mācīšanās, līderība, refleksija, kultūras inteliģence, darba kultūras dizains un efektīvas komandas veidošana un vadīšana);
2. Veidot mērķtiecīgas partnerattiecības ar dažādām iesaistītajām pusēm (t. sk. valsts, privāto un nevalstisko sektoru), lai nodrošinātu daudzpusīgu atbalstu, konstruktīvu komunikāciju un efektīvu resursu organizāciju; 3. Piedāvāt dažādus resursus, lai nodrošinātu visu iesaistīto pušu efektīvu iesaisti un piekļuvi svarīgai informācijai, kas atbalsta zināšanu un prakses pārnesi, saistībā ar Nodibinājuma "Impulss Latvia" darbību, atbilstoši dibināšanas lēmumam; 4. Attīstīt iniciatīvas, kas veicina iesaistīto pušu pilsonisko apziņu un aktīvu līdzdalību demokrātiskos procesos, lai veicinātu to potenciāla attīstību un īstenošanu mūža garumā un veidotu viņu spēju mainīties un atbildīgi vadīt pastāvīgās pārmaiņas sabiedrībā. 5. Attīstīt un atbalstīt profesionālās attīstības kvalitātes monitoringu, lai informētu un stiprinātu iesaistīto pušu stratēģisko darbību, analītisko kapacitāti un līdzatbildību sabiedrības labbūtības un veiktspējas attīstībā. |
