Jaunatnes iesaiste un izglītošana pasākumu organizēšanā. Veicināt jauniešu iesaisti kultūras un izklaides pasākumu organizēšanā, sniedzot viņiem nepieciešamās zināšanas, prasmes un pieredzi, lai attīstītu radošās un menedžmenta spējas.

Atbalstīt un attīstīt alternatīvās mūzikas žanrus, organizējot koncertus, festivālus un meistarklases, kā arī nodrošinot jaunajiem māksliniekiem platformu, kur izpausties un attīstīties. Lauku reģionu kultūras dzīves aktivizēšana. Sekmēt lauku reģionu kultūras dzīves attīstību, organizējot pasākumus, kas veicina vietējo iedzīvotāju iesaisti un piesaista jaunus apmeklētājus, tādējādi stiprinot vietējās kopienas un to ekonomisko attīstību. Muzikālā tūrisma veicināšana. Radīt un attīstīt muzikālā tūrisma iespējas, organizējot pasākumus, kas piesaista apmeklētājus no dažādiem reģioniem, tādejādi veicinot vietējās ekonomikas izaugsmi un reģiona atpazīstamību. Sadarbība un starptautisko kontaktu veidošana.
