| Operational objectives |
1. Eiropas Savienības (turpmāk – ES) fondu piesaiste:
Sniegt konsultācijas un atbalstu sporta organizācijām ES fondu projektu izstrādē un pieteikšanā. Izveidot un uzturēt datu bāzi ar informāciju par pieejamajiem ES fondiem un finansēšanas iespējām sporta nozarē. 2. Finanšu administrēšana: Nodrošināt atbalstu finanšu plānošanā un budžeta veidošanā ES fondu ietvaros. Sniegt administratīvu atbalstu finanšu pārskatu sagatavošanā un iesniegšanā atbilstoši ES fondu prasībām. 3. Inovāciju veicināšana: Veicināt jaunu un inovatīvu risinājumu ieviešanu sporta nozarē. Organizēt seminārus, apmācības un darba grupas, lai dalītos zināšanās par jaunākajām tehnoloģijām un metodēm sporta attīstībai. 4. Sadarbība un tīklošana: Veicināt sadarbību starp sporta organizācijām, izglītības iestādēm, pētniecības centriem un uzņēmumiem. Organizēt konferences, seminārus un tīklošanas pasākumus, lai stiprinātu sporta nozares ekosistēmu Latvijā. 5. Kapacitātes stiprināšana: Nodrošināt sporta organizācijām apmācības un resursus kapacitātes stiprināšanai. Izstrādāt un īstenot mentorprogrammas, lai palīdzētu sporta organizācijām uzlabot vadības un administratīvās prasmes. 6. Sporta attīstība un popularizēšana: Veicināt sporta aktivitāšu un pasākumu popularizēšanu vietējā un starptautiskā līmenī. Atbalstīt jaunu sporta iniciatīvu un programmu izstrādi un īstenošanu. 7. Pētījumi un analīze: Veikt pētījumus un analīzes par sporta nozares attīstības tendencēm un vajadzībām. Publicēt ziņojumus un pētījumus, lai informētu sabiedrību un politikas veidotājus par sporta nozares attīstības jautājumiem. |
