Sekmēt izglītības iegūšanu un profesionālās kapacitātes paaugstināšanu avangarda jomā; 4. Veicināt starptautisku sakaru attīstību, Latvijas avangarda mākslas un kultūras popularizēšanu pasaulē; 5. Sekmēt jaunradīto kultūras vērtību izplatīšanu, to pieejamību visplašākajai sabiedrībai; 6. Nodrošināt drukātu avangarda izdevumu Latvijā. |
