| Operational objectives |
1.Atbalstīt bērnus un jauniešus šaha izglītībā: Mērķis ir nodrošināt piekļuvi kvalitatīvai šaha izglītībai bērniem un jauniešiem, lai veicinātu viņu prasmes un interesi par šahu.
2.Veicināt šaha programmu pieejamību: Atbalstīt un organizēt dažādus šaha pasākumus un aktivitātes, kas mudina bērnus un jauniešus būt sociāli un kognitīvi aktīviem, vienlaikus attīstot viņos akadēmiskās, sociālās un emocionālās prasmes. 3.Attīstīt personību veidojošas iniciatīvas: Organizēt un atbalstīt programmas, kas attīsta bērnu un jauniešu personības īpašības, piemēram, pašdisciplīnu, pašpārliecinātību, cieņu pret cietiem, pacietību un stresa pārvaldību izmantojot šaha un citas izglītojošās aktivitātes. |
