| Operational objectives |
Veicināt veselīgu novecošanu un veselīgu ilgmūžību visiem iedzīvotājiem, izmantojot zinātniskus pētījumus, tehnoloģiju attīstību, sasniegumus medicīnā, iedzīvotāju apmācību sabiedrības veselības jomā;
veikt sabiedrības aizsardzības pasākumus, slimību profilakses pasākumus un pasākumus aktīvai un veselīgai novecošanai; veicināt sadarbību starp nacionālajiem un starptautiskajiem pētniecības institūtiem, sabiedriskajām apvienībām un citām organizācijām, kas darbojas sabiedrības veselības jomā un ilgmūžības palielināšanās jomā; atbalstīt pētniecības grantu, balvu un stipendiju piešķiršanu cīņā pret novecošanas procesiem, jo īpaši reģeneratīvās medicīnas, nanomedicīnas, gerontoloģijas un veselīga dzīvesveida jomā; organizēt publikācijas profesionālajos un masu informācijas līdzekļos, profesionālajos un sociālajos tīklos, pētniecības un izglītības semināros, konferencēs un atklātās diskusijās par veselīgu novecošanu un ilgmūžības palielināšanu. |
