| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt Garkalnes pagasta, Ropažu novada un citu apkaimju vietējo iedzīvotāju kopdarbību un pilsonisko aktivitāti, nodrošinot pienesumu kopienas un apkaimes attīstībai un dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanai;
2. Veicināt savstarpēju izglītošanos caur pieredzes apmaiņu savā starpā, kā arī ar citu kopienu un nevalstisko organizāciju biedriem Latvijā un citās valstīs; veicināt iedzīvotāju iesaisti neformālās izglītības pasākumos; 3. Izstrādāt un piedāvāt mūžizglītības, personības attīstības, radošu izpausmju un sevis apliecināšanas iespējas senioriem Ropažu novadā un citās kopienās, lai veicinātu senioru iekļaujošu, aktīvu un veselīgu dzīvesveidu. 4. Izstrādāt un piedāvāt personības attīstības, radošu izpausmju un sevis apliecināšanas iespējas jauniešiem Ropažu novadā un citās kopienās, lai veicinātu jauniešu aktīvu iesaisti kopienu attīstībā. 5. Veicināt dabas un enerģijas resursu ilgtspējīgu izmantošanu, dabas vērtību aizsardzību, sabiedrības vides apziņas veidošanos un sabiedrības līdzdalību apkaimju un dabas teritoriju sakopšanā un kaitīgas ietekmes uz vidi novēršanā. |
