2.Mazināt Latvijas valsts interesēm nedraudzīgu spēku ietekmi informatīvajā telpā; 3.Stiprināt Latvijas mediju noturību gan ekonomiski un psiholoģiski nelabvēlīgos apstākļos, gan krīzes situācijās; 4.Veicināt medijpratību un informācijpratību Latvijas sabiedrībā; 5.Veicināt žurnālistu profesionalitāti; 6.Veicināt zinātnē un pētījumos balstītu lēmumu pieņemšanu attiecībā uz norisēm Latvijas informatīvajā telpā; 7.Izstrādāt pētījumos balstītas rekomendācijas Latvijas mediju vidi regulējošo institūciju un organizāciju darbam; 8.Veicināt Latvijas mediju vides dalībnieku savstarpēju un starptautisku sadarbību; 9.Radīt platformu Latvijas mediju vides dažādo dalībnieku sadarbībai. |
