2.Iepazīstināt muzeja apmeklētājus, tai skaitā, bērnus un skolas vecuma jauniešus ar 20.gadsimta rotaļlietu vēsturi;
3.Sniegt iespēju muzeja apmeklētājiem, tai skaitā, bērniem un skolas vecuma jauniešiem izmantot muzeja interaktīvo istabu;
4.Popularizēt 20.gadsimta rotaļlietu vēstures izpēti Latvijā;
5.Sadarboties ar citiem 20.gadsimta rotaļlietu vēstures entuziastiem un muzejiem Latvijā un citās valstīs;
6.Veicināt bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo izglītību un informēšanu 20.gadsimta rotaļlietu vēsturē Latvijā.
