Sniegt profesionālu psihosociālu palīdzību sociālā riska bērniem un jauniešiem, un viņu ģimenes locekļiem;
Nodrošināt bērniem un jauniešiem sociālās rehabilitācijas un atbalsta programmas, mazināt sociālās atstumtības riskus, kuri traucē veiksmīgai iekļaušanai sabiedrībā; Nodrošināt bērnu un jauniešu neformālās un interešu izglītības programmas; Popularizēt veselīgu un aktīvu dzīves veidu, kā arī veicināt saturīgu brīvā laika pavadīšanu bērnu un jauniešu vidū, organizējot nometnes, piedzīvojumu izglītības vai pieredzes braucienus bērniem, jauniešiem un viņu ģimenes locekļiem. |
