Apvienot Latvijas mājas vīndarus un izveidot vienotu vīndaru datu bāzi.
Apzināt esošos mājas vīndarus un vīnkopības situāciju Latvijā. Vienotas vīna ražošanas, pārstrādes, uzglabāšanas bāzes izveide. Izvērtēt vīnkopības attīstības tendences. Attīstīt un pilnveidot mājas vīna ražošanas tradīcijas Latvijā, izveidojot specializētu literatūru mājas vīna ražotāju vajadzībām. Izstrādāt un noteikt vienotus standartus vīna ražošanai, lai noteiktu kvalitatīva vīna darīšanu no Latvijā audzētām augstvērtīgām izejvielām. Veicināt dažādu augļu un ogu audzēšanu, uzkrājot un apkopojot pieredzi jaunu un zināmu Latvijas māja vīna šķirņu radīšanā. Popularizēt vietējo augļu un ogu tirdzniecību Latvijas un Eiropas tirgos. Veidot jaunu tirgus segmentu mājas vīnu realizācijai un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai. Veicināt sadarbību ar vīna izplatītājiem tirdzniecības aģentiem, veikalu ķēdēm. Veikt vīnkopju, vīndaru apmācību. Organizēt pasākumus mājas vīnu darināšanas popularizēšanai. Visādā veidā spēcināt, sekmēt un popularizēt vīna darināšanas tradīcijas Latvijā. Organizēt vīna darīšanas pieredzes apmaiņas pasākumus Eiropas Savienības teritorijā. Veidot pārrobežu sadarbību. |
