| Operational objectives | Bērnu, viņu ģimeņu sociālās atstumtības riska mazināšana, izglītošana; sniedz atbalstu bērniem un ģimenēm negatīvu seku mazināšanā un novēršanā; bērnu un ģimeņu sociāli ekonomisko tiesību un interešu aizstāvēšana un pārstāvēšana, garīgo vērtību veicināšana, atbilstošu ANO pieņemtajai starptautisko tiesību deklarācijai; rūpējas par bērnu saturīgā brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējām; saistībā ar mērķauditoriju izstrādā sociālās uzvedības korekcijas un rehabilitācijas programmas sociālā riska grupām (bērniem - likumpārkāpējiem, no ieslodzījuma atgriezušām personām utt.); sadarbojas ar valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām, sociālās rehabilitācijas un sociālās korekcijas programmu izstrādāšanā un ieviešanā; plaši sadarbojas ar dažādām nevalstiskām organizācijām, sabiedrisko politiskām partijām un kustībām Latvijā; dibina un uztur pastāvīgus sakarus ar visu pakāpju pašvaldībām, kā arī iesniedz priekšlikumus valsts institūcijām un to attiecīgām struktūrām par to likumu atcelšanu, izpildes apturēšanu vai izmaiņām jautājumos, kas skar nepilngadīgo, kā arī viņu ģimenes locekļu materiālās, izglītības, kultūras un garīgās dzīves problēmām. | ||||||
