Operational objectives 1. Veicināt un attīstīt regbija popularitāti Latvijas Republikā;
2. iesaistīt bērnus, jauniešus, kā arī pieaugušos fiziski aktīvajā dzīves veidā;
3. organizēt sporta un veselīgas atpūtas pasākumus dažādām vecuma grupām;
4. veikt bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo apmācību regbijā;
5. organizēt sporta apmācības, nodarbības un sacensības;
6. organizēt atpūtas pasākumus vispārējai fizisko un garīgo spēju atjaunošanai un bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo fiziskajai attīstībai;
7. radīt apstākļus regulārām fiziskās, kultūras un sporta nodarbībām;
8. sadarboties ar citām sporta organizācijām un biedrībām Latvijā un ārvalstīs.
